Digital Marketer
Location: Miami, FL
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Are you passionate about numbers and data-driven marketing? At La Feemy, as a Digital Marketer, you'll analyze performance metrics, make recommendations to colleagues and management, and manage various technical marketing programs. You'll dive into Google Analytics, optimize email funnels, and enhance the entire customer journey.
In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to shape your position and career development. Your goal will be to make La Feemy a household name while celebrating the results you achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve marketing strategies using Google Analytics.
- Manage email funnels and optimize customer journeys.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Collaborate with the team to drive marketing success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week.
- Valid driver’s license.

Customer Service Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
We are currently seeking Customer Service Specialists ready to take on more responsibility. Join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team and manage our customer service department’s growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries in English and Dutch.
- Develop solutions for customer complaints or questions related to our products.
- Organize returns with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.).
- Work with our Zendesk CRM system.
- Report and provide feedback on notable customer cases.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Availability for 16 to 24 hours per week.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
